The large room with a comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a decent selection, including signature meats, but could use more variety in vegetarian options. Unfortunately, there were issues with noise. the lack of soundproofing allowed disturbances from other guests, detracting from the overall experience. smoke from the reception area permeated my room, triggering my asthma and highlighting the need for better ventilation in smoke-free rooms.

Didn't like anything, except good shower.

The shower was really great, hot and powerful. The bed was comfy, and the rooms were a decent size. We had one room with a balcony, which added a nice touch. the bathroom felt a bit cramped, especially with the sink cabinet close to the toilet. The lack of towels initially was a bit frustrating, and the shower door didn’t close well, so water ended up all over the floor. it was alright but could have some improvements.

The coffee at breakfast could have been better. it wasn't very strong.

Amazing ambiance and comfy stay
We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the vibe of the place. The pool area was super chill, perfect after a long day out. I also loved the breakfast buffet options, though it could’ve had a bit more variety. The only bummer was the room was a bit dated, but it was cozy enough.

Couple cozy getaway
The reception staff were really helpful and spoke several languages that made things easy for us. The pool area was a peaceful escape from the busy streets outside and served as a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still a reasonable deal for the experience offered.

missingWrote a review on 03 Jullong check-in
Check-in took far too long, leaving us waiting over 40 minutes, which isn’t ideal after a long journey. The lack of outside food and drink policy felt overly restrictive, especially when even bringing water was a hassle. WiFi connection was poor, frequently cutting out when streaming was attempted. the lift was small, limiting capacity to just a few people, which could be inconvenient at busy times.

Great place for a quick getaway! Loved the spacious room and that perfect touch of coziness. Plus, it's just a hop away from all the fun things to do!
But honestly, who designed the bathrooms? I felt like a contortionist trying to navigate the tiny space. An outlet would’ve been a lovely addition too!
